This allows me to process your inquiry at my leisure and give you prompt feedback. You also have the option of arranging a free 15-minute preliminary telephone consultation with me.

Procedure

  • Appointments are by individual arrangement only.
  • Sessions are possible on site at the practice in Plagwitz, via video or in combination. For therapeutic processes, prior consultation is required for video sessions. The practice room in Plagwitz is barrier-free.
  • You will have the opportunity to get to know me and my way of working in an initial meeting. If I am not the right contact person for your request, I will let you know at an early stage.
  • Together we will then discuss the individual rhythm for your sessions.

Cancellation policy

If you are unable to keep an appointment, please cancel in good time by e-mail.

  • You can cancel your session free of charge up to 48 hours before the appointment.
  • If you cancel less than 48 hours before the appointment, I reserve the right to charge 50% of the fee.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the appointment, the full fee will be charged as the time is reserved for you.
