Fees
As my services are not covered by the statutory health insurance companies or by the state aid regulations, you will find a transparent overview of my fees here. Billing takes place directly between you and my practice. We will be happy to discuss together which framework and scope is suitable for your current situation.
Psychotherapy (according to HeilprG)
- Session 60 minutes – 120 €
- Session 90 minutes – 160 €
- Session 60 minutes on Saturdays – 160 €
- Session 90 minutes on Saturdays – 200 €
Note: You may be able to obtain reimbursement of the fees from a private health insurance company or private supplementary insurance. Please contact your insurance company. In certain cases, costs may be covered by external bodies, e.g. the Sexual Abuse Fund (FSM). If you are affected by this and need support with the application process, we can discuss this together.
Costs for psychotherapeutic treatment can be claimed as extraordinary expenses for tax purposes under certain conditions. Please note that a medical certificate may be required to prove the necessity of the expenses. Please consult your tax advisor on this.
Couples counseling & couples therapy
- Session 90 minutes – 160 €
- Session 90 minutes on Saturdays – 200 €
Note: Couples counseling and couples therapy are usually privately financed and not tax-deductible. For an individual assessment, please contact your tax advisor.
Systemic coaching & systemic consulting
- Session 60 minutes – 120 €
- Session 90 minutes – 160 €
Note: Under certain conditions, costs for coaching or advice can be claimed for tax purposes as income-related expenses or business expenses, provided there is a clear professional connection – for example, for support with challenges in everyday working life, for the development of professional skills or for professional reorientation. Please discuss this with your tax advisor.
Important notes
Private service
The sessions in my practice are to be paid for privately. This has several advantages for you: no diagnoses, reports or personal information are passed on to health insurance companies or other bodies – your concerns remain completely confidential. In addition, you are not bound by any blocking periods or specifications: The duration, frequency and focus of the support can be tailored to your individual needs.
Fee equalization
The fee is paid directly after the session. You can pay conveniently by debit card or mobile payment function of your smartphone and receive the payment receipt and invoice from me by e-mail. A bank transfer after invoicing is also possible.
Cancellation of appointments
If you are unable to keep an appointment, please cancel at least cancel at least 48 hours in advanceas the time is reserved for you. The fee will be invoiced pro rata in the event of later cancellations. Cancellations less than 48 hours before the appointment will be charged 50% of the fee. Cancellations less than 24 hours before the appointment will be charged in full.
Online sessions
- I offer my services both on site in my practice and via video session.
- Systemic counseling, coaching and couples counseling are available online without restrictions.
- Psychotherapy (in accordance with the Heilpraktikergesetz) and couples therapy can take place online under certain conditions. A prior individual assessment of suitability is required.
- Online sessions are conducted within the framework of the applicable legal provisions for online counseling and online therapy.
